The closed cycle spray drying system works in a closed environment. The system uses inert gas (such as nitrogen) as the drying medium, requires an explosion-proof and antioxidant spray drying process, and is dedicated to the suspension made of organic solvents of hydrocarbon system (such as ethanol, methanol, acetone, n-hexane, butanol, DMF, toluene, etc.). The product in the whole process is free of oxidation, the medium can be recovered, and the inert gas (such as nitrogen) can be recycled.?
The system uses inert gas as the circulating gas, which has a protective effect on dry materials. The circulating gas undergoes processes of moisture loading, dehumidification, heating, and drying, and the medium can be reused; After being heated by the heater, nitrogen enters the drying tower, and the liquid material is transported to the atomizer by the feed pump. The powdered material atomized by the atomizer is discharged from the bottom of the tower. The evaporated organic solvent gas, under negative pressure of the fan, removes the dust trapped in the gas through the cyclone separator and spray tower. The saturated organic solvent gas is condensed into liquid by the condenser and discharged from the condenser. The non condensable gas medium is continuously heated and reused as a drying carrier in the system. The drying medium in the drying system is an inert gas, which operates under positive pressure internally to maintain a certain oxygen content. If the internal pressure drops, the pressure transmitter automatically controls the intake volume to ensure system pressure balance.?
The closed cycle spray drying system is mainly used for products containing alcohol and flammable and explosive solvents in the slurry, or products that are easily oxidized and cannot contact the air.
